Boxing- Top condition in 4 to 6m2
We all are interested in some sports like football, basketball or fitness. The common side in all those interest areas that we are able to taste this sports. We all got courts, special fields for those sports. We are also interested in extreme sports like motosports, highjumping but we do not intend to do them due to the lack of facilities. Boxing is in the middle of a normal sport and extreme sport. It is actually a normal branch of sport but people think that they need facilities like a ring, sandbag or gloves to box. In fact, they are needed to join in a competition. But the real boxing can be practiced everywhere. Every 4m2 is your working area. You can practice without sandbags or gloves, as a matter of fact, you can improve your skill by this way very effectively.
However it seems easy to be in a small area and swing around, actually it is very hard situation in which you can easily be a sandbag for a better conditioned rival. There is a easy examination for you. Now, rise up, hold your fists up to right in front of your face (10-20 cm distance is needed), and slowly with little jumps on your finger tips move around, try to hit direct to a imaginary rival. That what you do is shadow boxing, which is a cornerstone in boxing.
If you know the basic rules of the boxing, which is that you should move in specific area within a hit circle, you can increase your ability and condition by doing boxing exercises.
